Good morning,
Please remember that this Saturday June 22nd is the Opening day and Open house. Come out and sail or bring your power boat out. If you are willing to take some people out, please check in at the club house by 10:00 am. Depending on how many people show up, we may be rotating and take people out from C dock. There will be hot dogs and burgers for sale for $5.00 or bring your own food to throw on the BBQ.
Forecast looks a little windy with highs in the 70s so it should be a nice day to go out for a sail.
Let make this a "celebration of Yachting" as Tyler called it.

Good afternoon,
As the opening day approaches, we need to start planning our game plan. Plan is to invite the community to come and take a look at the Yacht Club and our boats and Activities.
The day should look like this:
10:00 am Meet and greed at the Yacht club to assign people to boats and safety briefing.
11:00-2:30 dinghy rides in the Basin and Keel boat rides outside the marina(
3:00 PM BBQ at the club house ( I will plan to shop for 50 people and charge 5.00 donation per person for burger/hot dog soda and chips and soft drinks
Please volunteer for:
1.Giving Keel boat rides
2. Cooking at the club house
3. Have someone to talk about the Yacht club, registration and sale T-shirt
4. Lars will have High school sailor give rides on 420s
5. We should have a representative from Gorge Junior on hand to do registration or answer questions
6. I will call the radio for advertising and do the shopping for food and drinks and have extra propane
7. Daryl will contact the cruiser group and get some boat ride volunteers
